Senior Beauty / Skin Trainer

Location: Pan-India –  major metro cities like Mumbai, Jaipur, Chennai, Bengaluru (frequent travel to partner salons and training centers in Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities across regions)
Employment Type: Full-time (6 days/week) with regular travel

Role Overview

We’re looking for certified female beauty trainers (aestheticians) to join our team. In this role, you’ll travel across India to train salon staff using our exclusive facial  kits. For example, you’ll conduct facial training sessions at partner salons and show beauticians how to use our specialized skincare kits. You’ll provide hands-on training in manicures and pedicures, making sure salon professionals can offer these services confidently.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Training: Conduct theory and practical sessions on facial therapies, manicure, and pedicure techniques using our professional kits.
• Education on Skin Science: Teach basics of skin anatomy, common contraindications, and proper client consultation methods for beauty treatments.
• Salon Coaching: Coach partner salon staff on retail product counseling and promotional beauty events to boost engagement and sales.
• Feedback & Improvement: Gather participant feedback to continuously improve the training content.
• Brand Representation: Represent the company at regional workshops, partner salons, and industry events.

Minimum Qualifications

• Certification: Diploma in Beauty Therapy (CIDESCO or CIBTAC certified, or a similar certification in skincare/spa therapy).
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience training beauty or spa professionals (with hands-on expertise in facial treatments).
• Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi, plus one regional language (e.g. Marathi, Tamil, Kannada, or Punjabi) to effectively communicate across India.

• Strong Communication: Excellent presentation and public-speaking skills in both small-group trainings and large workshops, with the ability to switch languages as needed.
• Coaching Ability: Patient and adept at one-on-one coaching as well as mentoring groups; capable of adjusting teaching styles for varying skill levels.
• Organized & Mobile: Highly organized, self-motivated, and reliable. Willingness to travel Pan-India and occasionally overseas for training assignments or exhibitions.
